The first session of the series this month by Pujya Vasudhaaji was held at the centre on 4th March 2018. Vasudhaaji interpreted the beauty of a metaphor from the Dhyana Shloka.
“Sarvopanishadogavo dogdha GopalaNandana; Partho vatsah sudhir bhokta dugdham gitamrtam mahat”
Bhagwan says that all the Upanishads are like cow and just as the essence of cow is the milk, similarly the essence of all the Upanishads is the Bhagavad Gita. Arjuna is the Vatsah, the calf. This Milk of the Bhagavad Gita is meant for “Sudhi” all wise living beings. Just as in his hour of confusion and dilemma, Arjuna approached none other Lord himself, Vasudhaaji explained how we all too, in this world experience the same dilemma as that of Arjuna, and how we too should become God dependant instead of people dependant. We need to be anchored to GOD alone, who can bail us out of the life situations.
